Q: I plan to buy insurance for my co-worker. What information do you require?

A: Firstly, you have to know a person’s full name and the birth date. Secondly, the country of permanent residence, nationality. Thirdly, the passport number of the person.

Q: I wonder if there are age restrictions.

A: The travel insurance covers everybody. It does not have any age limits.

Q: Can I purchase your insurance apart from the country and nationality?

How to Pay

Q: How can I pay with my credit card and do you accept Master Card?

Q: Is there any extra fee I have to pay?

Q: Can I pay in dollars with my credit card?

Q: Can I pay for another person?

Q: Can I wire transfer money?

A: Yes, you can get a refund from a cancelled Insurance Policy. On average, it usually takes not more than 72 hours. But it depends on your bank and a country you apply from, you can expect slightly longer time. It might last to several weeks.

Q: Please, help me. I have purchased your Insurance 3 days ago, but have not received my documents yet. What is going on?

A: We’re glad you’ve asked. Check all of your mail folders to see if you received it. Failing that, simply go on our website and contact us through the contact form

Q: How will I receive the document to verify the existence of coverage?

A: This document issued by our company is called Certificate of Insurance. Just after the payment, you will receive COI on the e-mail address you provided. After, you will have to print it and keep it among your travel documents.

Q: Are my documents sent out by e-mail or post?

A: You will not receive your Insurance Documents by post. Only by e-mail.

Q: Does the insurance certificate have the name of the insured person on it?

A: It doesn’t. Only the person’s name covered by our Insurance is written on it.

Q: I need to edit my personal information. Am I allowed to do that after I filled the application?
